By accessing or using COMMAND INSURE RECRUIT ("Platform", "Services"), you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with AURA CONSULTANT GLOBAL PTE. LTD. (DUNS: 595452039) ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Agreement"), do not create an account or access or otherwise use any of our Services.
Your use of our Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which covers how we collect, use, share, and store your personal information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.
Services refers to the COMMAND INSURE RECRUIT website, mobile applications, and all related sites, apps, communications, and services offered under this Agreement.
Changes to Terms: We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through our Services or by other means to give you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. Changes cannot be retroactive. If you object to any changes, you may close your account. Your continued use of our Services after we publish notice of changes means you consent to the updated Terms.
COMMAND INSURE RECRUIT is an AI-fully automated technology platform and hiring pipeline gateway that serves job seekers and employers in Singapore's financial services sector. We are NOT an employment agency as defined under Singapore's Employment Agencies Act.
The Platform does not:
- Perform employment agency work as defined under the Employment Agencies Act
- Charge placement fees or commission
- Act as an employment agency or perform hiring on behalf of employers
- Guarantee employment or job placement
- Provide legal, financial, or employment advice
- Make employment or hiring decisions on behalf of any user
We operate as a neutral, fully automated platform — all engagement is initiated and managed directly between candidates and employers. We are not involved in recruitment or hiring decisions.
3.1 Eligibility: To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. The Services are not intended for use by anyone under 18.
3.2 One Person, One Account: The Platform operates on a strict one-person, one-account policy. You agree that: (1) you will only have one account, which must be in your real name; (2) you will not share, transfer, or allow others to use your account; and (3) you are not already restricted by us from using the Services. Creating an account with false information is a violation of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to: (1) use a strong password and keep it confidential; (2) not share your login credentials with anyone; and (3) notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.4 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Job Seekers:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
- Maintain current CMFAS certifications and RNF registration as applicable
- Comply with all employment laws and regulations
- Respect employer confidentiality and intellectual property
- Use the Platform in a professional manner
Employers/Companies:
- Maintain valid MAS licences and regulatory approvals
- Adhere to Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) principles
- Provide accurate job descriptions and compensation information
- Treat all candidates fairly and without discrimination
- Comply with all employment and financial services regulations
- Not use candidate data obtained through the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate hiring
Users of this Platform must comply with all applicable Singapore regulations, including:
- Employment Act: Fair treatment and working conditions
- Fair Consideration Framework (FCF): Non-discriminatory hiring practices
- Ministry of Manpower (MOM): Employment standards and regulations
- Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS): Financial services licensing and conduct
- Representative Notification Framework (RNF): Professional registration requirements
- Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA): Data protection and privacy obligations
All employers using this Platform commit to adhering to Singapore's Fair Consideration Framework (FCF), which requires:
- Considering all candidates fairly based on merit and qualifications
- Avoiding discrimination based on age, gender, race, or other protected characteristics
- Providing clear and transparent job requirements
- Offering competitive compensation aligned with market standards
We collect and process personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
ALL JOB SEEKER AND EMPLOYER DATA IS PROTECTED AND WILL NOT BE DISTRIBUTED, SOLD, RENTED, OR SHARED BY COMMAND INSURE RECRUIT TO ANY THIRD PARTY.
Specifically, we commit to the following:
- No sale of data: We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for any purpose
- No unauthorised distribution: Your profile information, contact details, certifications, assessment results, and any other personal data will not be distributed to anyone outside the Platform without your explicit consent
- Employer access is controlled: Employers may only view candidate profiles through the Platform's controlled interface. Downloading, scraping, copying, or exporting candidate data for use outside the Platform is strictly prohibited
- Candidate access is controlled: Job seekers may only view employer and job information through the Platform's controlled interface
- Data used solely for Platform purposes: Your data is used solely for providing Platform services, facilitating connections between candidates and employers, compliance and regulatory reporting, and Platform improvement
- Legal exceptions only: We may disclose personal data only when required by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request
Any user found to be scraping, copying, or distributing other users' data obtained through the Platform will have their account immediately terminated and may face legal action.
If you purchase any of our paid Services, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Failure to pay will result in the termination of your paid Services.
Employer subscription tiers and fees:
- Membership: S$123.00/month — Platform access, up to 10 active job postings, candidate browsing, basic messaging, and compliance tracking
- Advertisement: S$278.00/month — Everything in Membership plus featured job listings, application analytics, advanced messaging & scheduling, and priority support
- Automated Appointment Administrative Fee: S$250.00 one-time — Automated appointment scheduling, automated candidate communication, and administrative processing per session. This is a fully automated service with no manual involvement.
- Enterprise: Custom pricing — Contact us for dedicated account support, volume-based pricing, and custom screening criteria
Job seekers use the Platform at no cost. There are no fees, subscriptions, or charges for job seekers — free for life.
Payment terms: You agree that: (1) your purchase may be subject to applicable taxes; (2) we may store and continue billing your payment method to avoid interruptions in your paid Services; (3) if you purchase a subscription, your payment method will be charged at the start of each subscription period; (4) we may modify our prices prospectively upon reasonable notice; and (5) all prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
ALL PAYMENTS MADE ON THIS PLATFORM ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellations are permitted, but any payments already made will not be refunded. If a detailed analysis or service has already been rendered, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Upgrade & Downgrade: You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Plan changes take effect on your next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for downgrades or cancellations mid-cycle.
By proceeding with any payment, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.
10.1 Your Licence to Us: You own the original content that you submit or post to the Services (profiles, job postings, messages, documents). You grant COMMAND INSURE RECRUIT a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, copy, display, host, and process your content for the purpose of operating, developing, and improving the Services — without any further consent, notice, or compensation to you.
You can end this licence for specific content by deleting it from the Services, or generally by closing your account, except: (a) to the extent content was shared with others who copied or stored it; (b) for the reasonable time it takes to remove content from backup systems; or (c) where we are required by law to retain it.
10.2 Service Availability: We may change, suspend, or discontinue any of our Services at any time. We are not a storage service and have no obligation to store, maintain, or provide you a copy of any content, except as required by applicable law and as noted in our Privacy Policy.
10.3 Third-Party Content: By using the Services, you may encounter content or information that might be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or otherwise harmful. You agree that we are not responsible for content or information made available through the Services by other users.
COMMAND INSURE RECRUIT reserves all intellectual property rights in the Services. All content, trademarks, logos, service marks, graphics, and other intellectual property on this Platform are owned by AURA CONSULTANT GLOBAL PTE. LTD. or its licensors. "COMMAND INSURE RECRUIT" and associated logos are trademarks of AURA CONSULTANT GLOBAL PTE. LTD.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written consent.
You promise to only provide content and information that you have the right to share and that does not violate the law or anyone's rights (including intellectual property rights).
12.1 NO WARRANTY: THE PLATFORM AND ITS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AURA CONSULTANT GLOBAL PTE. LTD. AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF TITLE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
12.2 EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AURA CONSULTANT GLOBAL PTE. LTD. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
12.3 LIABILITY CAP: OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR S$1,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
We are not liable for: employment disputes or contract disagreements; candidate qualifications or background verification; regulatory compliance violations by users; loss of data or service interruptions; or any actions taken by employers or job seekers through the Platform. Users are solely responsible for verifying qualifications and complying with all applicable laws.
Both you and COMMAND INSURE RECRUIT may terminate this Agreement at any time. On termination, you lose the right to access or use the Services.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service or the Dos and Don'ts
- Engage in regulatory non-compliance
- Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activity
- Breach Fair Consideration Framework principles
- Scrape, copy, or distribute other users' data
- Misuse the Platform in any way
Survival: The following sections survive termination: Section 7 (Data Protection), Section 9 (Refund & Cancellation), Section 11 (Intellectual Property), Section 12 (Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability), Section 14 (Governing Law), and Section 17 (General Terms). Any amounts owed prior to termination remain owed after termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least thirty (30) days.
15.1 Dos — You agree that you will:
- Comply with all applicable laws, including privacy laws, intellectual property laws, employment laws, and financial services regulations
- Provide accurate contact and identity information and keep it updated
- Use your real name on your profile
- Use the Services in a professional manner
- Respect the privacy and data of other users
- Report any suspicious or illegal activity on the Platform
15.2 Don'ts — You agree that you will not:
- Create a false identity, misrepresent your identity, or create an account for anyone other than yourself
- Share your login credentials or allow others to access your account
- Develop, support, or use software, scripts, robots, crawlers, or any automated means to scrape or copy data from the Services
- Override any security feature or bypass access controls or usage limits
- Copy, download, export, or distribute any user data (including profiles, contact details, or assessment results) obtained from the Services without explicit consent from the data owner
- Use data obtained from the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate hiring or job-seeking activities
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others or of COMMAND INSURE RECRUIT
- Post or share anything that contains viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services
- Rent, lease, sell, or otherwise monetise the Services or user data
- Use bots or unauthorised automated methods to access the Services or drive inauthentic engagement
- Interfere with the operation of the Services (e.g., spam, denial of service attacks)
- Use the Services for anything unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, fraudulent, or deceitful
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Misuse our reporting or complaints process
We ask that you report content and other information that you believe violates your rights (including intellectual property rights) or otherwise violates these Terms or the law. To the extent permitted by law, we may remove or restrict access to content, features, services, or information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to avoid harm, violates the law, or is necessary to prevent misuse of our Services.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. We require that information shared by users be accurate and not in violation of the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties.

Severability: If a court with authority over this Agreement finds any part of it unenforceable, you and we agree that the court should modify the terms to make that part enforceable while still achieving its intent. If the court cannot do that, the unenforceable part shall be removed and the rest of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement (including any additional terms provided when you engage with a feature of the Services) is the only agreement between us regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements.
Waiver: If we do not act to enforce a breach of this Agreement, that does not mean we have waived our right to enforce this Agreement in the future.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer this Agreement (or your membership or use of the Services) to anyone without our consent. However, we may assign this Agreement to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganisation, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets without your consent.
Notices: You agree that the only way to provide us legal notice is at the address provided in Section 18.

By using this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You further acknowledge that: (1) this Platform is a technology provider only and not an employment agency; (2) we provide a platform where candidates explore opportunities and employers access them directly; (3) we are not involved in recruitment or hiring decisions; (4) we operate as a neutral, fully automated platform — all engagement is initiated and managed directly between candidates and employers; (5) all job seeker and employer data is protected and will not be distributed by COMMAND INSURE RECRUIT; and (6) you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable Singapore employment and financial services regulations.
