Job Description
AIA Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Agency Manager to lead and grow a team of financial consultants. This is a leadership role for someone with a proven track record in insurance sales and team management.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of 15-25 financial consultants
- Drive team performance and achieve agency targets
- Develop business strategies for sustainable growth
- Ensure compliance with MAS regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years in insurance/financial services
- Proven leadership and team building experience
- MDRT qualification preferred
- Strong network in the financial services industry
